Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, engaging with clients, and closing deals to help achieve company sales targets. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for building customer relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Present and promote Netelsoft’s services to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and client data for tracking progress.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
