Responsibilities

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will serve as the face and voice of Netelsoft for our clients. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure each interaction is a positive experience. If you are a good listener, an effective communicator, and enjoy helping people, this role is for you.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant department.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when dealing with all customers.
  • Support the team in achieving overall customer service goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum intermediate or bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
